Probably wouldn't stay here again. Staff at front desk were pleasant and plenty of parking. Got to my room and shower is dropping nonstop, rug is disgustingly filthy, rooms don't look near as nice as photos online, very outdated and furniture is rough and worn. Walls have patch marks all over, extention cords run all over and room could have been cleaned better. Only 2 towels in room and pillows are very small almost square. Many other hotels in the area offer a nicer, larger room for the same price. Seems like some nice amenities but aren't worth it. Will try somewhere else next time I travel for work.

During bad weather, we stayed at this Element hotel. Not only did it provide a 24 hour shuttle van that would pick us up from the airport but it also took us to nearby food restaurants so that we could eat after such long delays in travel. From Michael at the front desk to Ms. Michelle and Ms. Carol who were our van drivers both in the evening and then the following morning for our return to the airport, the customer service was 10/10. The room was comfortable and the hotel had so many amenities on the property and nearby. We will continue to book at THIS location for the top tier customer service experience and amenities that we have not received at any other nearby BWI hotel. There is even a casino across the street that the shuttle will take you too that has restaurants within that as well. Again 10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Nope, 👎 never again. Booked two rooms for four nights, never cleaned even after asking. Breakfast was better at McDonald's. The mini freezer didn't freeze. The shower looks like it might have been used for MMA. The "carpet" was filthy looking. No dishes in the "kitchen". The microwave will not fit even the plates I had to request. Oh and the very commercial floor drain in the bathroom made showers feel like they were in a burger king bathroom. I'll sleep in my truck before I spend a single night at this hotel. (They took one night off the total)

My first impression is that it's a really nice extended stay hotel. The rooms are nice. Comparable to a studio apartment. All in all, pretty nice and clean. However, not much in the kitchen area as far as basic needs (no knives or spoons...of any sort). The bed frames are much longer and wider than the beds and have sharp corners, which met my shins several times. The water temperature is very inconsistent. It would either be really hot or really cold and would do this while I was showering. Also, water leaked from the shower, and I had to use additional towels on the floor. The pool is really small and is shared with the adjoining ALoft hotel. Also, there were no towels restocked and a very full dirty basket. I had to go ask the front desk for a towel. Breakfast was a typical free breakfast and was up to Marriott standards of a free breakfast.

Great atmosphere each time I go. Great staff, clean rooms and beautiful hotel all together. We will be back very soon. Shuttle drives Carol was AMAZING and very knowledgeable about the area. Shuttle is 24 hours and have a long list of options for drop off and pickup.

The rooms need some updating and a little more care from the housekeeping staff. The service was great and the front desk staff were accommodating and punctual with requested service (e.g., shuttle service request and room servicing requests). All in all I would have no hesitation in staying here again.
